Voor onze opdrachtgever – een internationale organisatie in de technische branche – zoeken wij een Marketing Coördinator. De voertaal in de organisatie is Engels, maar beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is ook vereist.
Support in strengthening the company’s business in Hearing Health, increasing the company’s brand awareness and being responsible for the company’s global marketing presence across multiple online and offline platforms. All in close cooperation with the Marketing and Communications Manager who has the overall responsibility for the company’s marketing and communication platforms. The role focuses on planning, organizing, executing and continuously updating the company’s traditional marketing activities such as marketing material, demo availability, digital communications strategy & execution, participation in industry conferences and availability of sales presentations. Including maintaining contracts with external parties and suppliers to execute all the marketing communications activities.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Execute the strategy as set by the Marketing and Communications Manager to stimulate
- The company’s brand awareness in the Hearing Health market;
- Organize and coordinate global campaigns and new product launches for Hearing Health, in close cooperation with the Product Management team and within the framework set by the Marketing and Communications Manager;
- Organize the company’s presence at the (virtual) trade shows for the Hearing Health market;
- Translating the company’s mission/vision in internal/external communication;
- Setting up global marketing and communication plan and budget for Hearing Health, in close cooperation with Product Management and Marketing and Communications Manager;
- Develop and update the company’s product catalogues regularly;
- Responsible for the content of the company’s Hearing Health website and also on social media;
- Production of marketing material;
- Support sales teams in customer specific presentation material or marketing events;
- Bachelor in marketing (HBO) or alike;
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing communications activities;
- Knowledge of web development tools (preferably WordPress);
- Knowledge in marketing on social media platforms, search engines and other relevant Internet based services;
- Extensive experience in working with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint;
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and switch quickly between tasks;
- Excellent in organizing and planning, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
- English skills (written and oral);
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and switch easy between different parties within and outside of the company.
